Dear Mr Fanta,

 

In reply to your application for public access, under Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001, to all documents, including e-mails, preparatory notes and
meeting minutes, regarding the videoconference meeting of President David
Sassoli and Google CEO Sundar Pichai on June 10, the European Parliament
has identified the following documents:

 

- an invitation letter from Sundar Pichai, dated 21 April 2020, together a
communication email from Google.

- a first reply email from the Cabinet of President Sassoli, dated 11 may
2020.

- an exchange of emails starting on 11 may 2020 and leading up to the 10
June video conference.

- reply letter from Sundar Pichai, dated 18 June 2020.

 

Parliament determined that they can all be disclosed with the personal
data that is not already publicly available blackened out on the basis of
point b) of Article 4(1) of Regulation 1049/2001.  Please find them
attached to this email.
