Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Thank you for your reply.
However, I want to point out that the above response - to my confirmatory application concerning my request to access to documents - has been posted on another access to documents request on the Ask the EU website.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to know which response is for which request, as this is not the first of such incidences.
I therefore ask that you ensure that all responses - previous, current and future - are correctly assigned to the appropriate request, according to the original code that was assigned.
Yours faithfully,
Pascoe Sabido
Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Thank you for your own response regarding this request. However, whilst your own DG, ENTR, ENV and SANCO have all replied, DG AGRI has not. The time limit has been far exceeded.
Please could you ensure they respond as hastily as possible, as well as provide a reason for breaking their legal obligations to produce documents.
Yours faithfully,
Pascoe Sabido
L'activité des services de la Commission européenne étant réduite durant
le mois d'août, vos demandes d'accès aux documents seront traitées dans

particulier lorsque le traitement des données exige la consultation des

services.

Of the 5 DGs who were producing documents, SG, ENTR, ENV and SANCO have all produced them. However, DG AGRI has still to produce them.
Also, unfortunately, the SG has also added another A2D request onto the end of this request (regarding a confirmatory application regarding a refused A2D request). This is unrelated to this request.
