Dear Ana Fragoso,

I respectfully decline to state my citizenship. Article 2 par 1 of Regulation 1049/2001 is granting the right of access to documents to any citizen of the Union as well as any natural or legal person residing or having office in a Member state. Having residency in an EU member state satisfies this criterium, making it unnecessary to provide you with details of my citizenship.

Additionally, Article 2 par 2 of the ENISA Decision No MB/2013/14 extends the right of access to documents to anyone else, rendering the question for citizenship even more pointless.

Please do not hesistate to contact me in any case.

Yours sincerely,

Mathias Schindler

Dear access-documents,

Thank you for your email and the confirmation of registration.

Thank you also very much for informing me that the MB Decision on Regulation 1049/2001 from 2013 was repealed.

I should have used Management Board decision MB/2019/17 and pointed out to Article 1, paragraph 2 instead, not changing the argument that was made.

Yours sincerely,
