2016 Frontex regulation reform

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:
- all documents - including, but not limited to, e-mails, papers, non-papers, minutes, reports and 4-column tables - related to any and all trilogue meetings held during 2016 on the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Border and Coast Guard and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2007/2004, Regulation (EC) No 863/2007 and Council Decision 2005/267/EC.
When you consider my request, I would like to ask you to specifically take note of the recent 'De Capitani v European Parliament' ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU.
