4CT of the trilogue negotiations on 2021/0381(COD) (transparency and targeting of political advertising) / 17.5.2023
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
the latest 4CT document of the trilogue negotiations on the regulation
on transparency and targeting of political advertising 2021/0381(COD). I am not referring to the publicly available mandate. I am referring to the 4CT that was the basis for the negotiations for the trilogue on 5 May 2023, or, if already available, the 4CT that was updated after the trilogue on 5 May.
I would be grateful to receive it in line with the Capitani judgement of the European Court of Justice as soon as possible.
