We're waiting for Berendien Tetelepta to read recent responses and update the status.

Berendien Tetelepta

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation from the European External Action Service, (including, but not limited to, all email/SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram/Private Twitter correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, and recordings) AND the meeting minutes/notes relating to, or about, or with Sven Kuhn von Burgsdorff, from March 2023 until the 3rd of November 2023.

All documentation, information, and recordings, (including, but not limited to, all email/SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram/Private Twitter correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, and recordings) from the staff of the European External Action Service, about or with former EU representative Sven Kuhn Von Burgsdorff paragliding into Gaza on the 18th of July 2023.

At no point should the Commission's search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

To the extent possible, I would prefer the documents in electronic format, but if that is not possible, please use the following postal address:
Berendien Tetelepta

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.

Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.
