3. Protecting the marine environment - review of EU rules, which ran from July 2021
to October 2021.
Please find enclosed to this letter the Excel table containing all the replies provided by
stakeholders in the context of the Open Public Consultation on the review of EU rules for
protecting the marine environment.
4. Water pollution - EU rules on urban wastewater treatment (update), which ran
from April 2021 to July 2021.
Please find enclosed to this letter the Excel table containing all the replies provided by
stakeholders in the context of the Open Public Consultation on the review of the Urban
Waste Water Treatment Directive2.
5. Integrated water management - revised list of surface and groundwater pollutants,
which ran from July 2021 to November 2021.
Please find enclosed to this letter the Excel tables containing all the replies provided by
stakeholders in the context of the Open Public Consultation and the results of the targeted
surveys on the revised list of surface pollutants and groundwater.
6. Industrial pollution - European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (update
rules), which ran from December 2020 to March 2021.
Please find enclosed to this letter the Excel table containing all the replies provided by
stakeholders in the context of the relevant Open Public Consultations, which run between
end 2020 and March 2021 on the future revision of the Directive 2010/75/EU3 and of the
Regulation 166/2006/EC4. Please note that the names of the respondents who had specified
their preference for their contributions to remain anonymous have also been removed.
