(3) On 7 March 2024, DG FISMA sought further clarification, to which I duly responded on 8 March 2024. This resulted in the assignment of a new registration number, 2024/1309.
(4) I was informed of a processing delay regarding request EASE 2024/1309 on 27 March 2024, with a revised deadline of 24 April 2024.
(5) On 6 May 2024, I received communication indicating that the initial request under case number EASE 2024/1262 was considered unclear and subsequently closed.
In light of these events, I respectfully request a comprehensive review of your records and an appropriate response to my clarified initial request dated 8 March 2024.

On the same day, the Transparency Unit of the Secretariat-General of the European Commission confirmed receipt of my message.
2. On 6 March 2024, you acknowledged receipt of my request to access documents, registering it under case number 2024/1262. At this time, you committed to handling my request within 15 working days, setting a response deadline of 27 March 2024.
3. On 7 March 2024, DG FISMA requested further clarification, to which I responded on 8 March 2024. In my clarification, I stated that I was requesting the disclosure of all relevant correspondence between your office and Ukrainian and/or European authorities concerning Ukrainian 'SENSE BANK' JSC, covering the period from 24 February 2022 to the present day.
4. On the same day, 8 March 2024, the Secretariat-General acknowledged receipt of my clarified request under a new registration number, 2024/1309.
On 27 March 2024, I received a communication from DG FISMA apologizing for the delay in processing and noting that my request, registered on 8 March 2024 under case number EASE 2024/1309, was still being processed. You requested an extension of 15 additional working days, setting a new deadline of 24 April 2024.
5. Finally, on 6 May 2024, DG FISMA informed me that the initial request registered on 6 March 2024 under case number EASE 2024/1262 was unclear and could not be processed, resulting in its closure.

Given these discrepancies and the ongoing lack of a substantive response, I respectfully request a comprehensive review of your records and an appropriate resolution to my initial request, as clarified on 8 March 2024.
