Access to documents – AGRI letters to PETI (Dec 2020 & Apr 2021)
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I request access to the final letters adopted by the European Parliament Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI) and transmitted to the Committee on Petitions (PETI), following coordinators’ decisions recorded in the AGRI committee minutes:
- AGRI meeting 7 December 2020 (minutes item 6.2): final letter(s)/statement(s) to PETI concerning Petition No 1188/2019 and Petition No 0074/2020.
- AGRI meeting 14 April 2021 (minutes item 5.1): final letter/opinion to PETI concerning Petition No 1102/2020.
Please include any annexes, the outgoing transmittal email/cover note to PETI, and any registration/reference numbers used by the Parliament for these outgoing documents.
If any part is refused, please provide partial access and identify the applicable exception(s).
