For the purpose of this request, “Enveritas” refers to the U.S.-based non-profit organisation active in the coffee sector that provides verification services linked to deforestation-free supply chains. This includes references to “Enveritas” or “Enveritas Inc.” and communications involving its representatives.
I request access to:
All correspondence (including emails and attachments) between DG Trade and representatives of Enveritas concerning the EUDR, from 1 January 2022 to the present.
Documents in which Enveritas is mentioned in the context of trade concerns, market access, regulatory burden, competitiveness, WTO-related discussions, or the impact of the EUDR on producing countries.
Any position papers, submissions or briefing documents provided by Enveritas to DG Trade regarding the EUDR.
If necessary, I am willing to refine the scope of the request.
I prefer to receive the documents electronically.
