Access to documents – EP handling of E-001410/2025 and related files (Al-Khalidi)

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I request access to:
(1) Internal documents related to E-001410/2025 (Al-Khalidi) – drafting files, legal checks, and communications between committee secretariats (LIBE/DROI) and the Commission;
(2) Minutes/notes of meetings where Mr Al-Khalidi’s case is discussed or referenced (including references to SAR, SANS/DANS, Directorate of Migration, classified security files, Busmantsi);
(3) Correspondence between EP services/MEPs and Commission/Council mentioning his case.
Please apply partial access rather than blanket refusals and provide a document list with Article-4 reasoning where redactions/refusals apply.
