Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I kindly request access to any documents held by your institution concerning data-protection or fundamental-rights assessments of algorithmic or AI-based systems used by Member States in asylum or migration management.

This may include opinions, assessments, reports, or internal correspondence related to national systems (e.g. dialect recognition, name analysis, mobile-phone extraction) or EU-level guidance addressing their compliance with EU law and human-rights standards.

I would appreciate electronic delivery of any relevant documents.
