Access to documents – meeting 19 Sep 2022 (FACE – Commissioner Várhelyi)

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Secretariat General of the European Commission should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents related to the videoconference meeting on 19 September 2022 (subject: “Protection of biodiversity and nature”) between FACE (Federation of Associations for Hunting & Conservation of the EU) and Commissioner Olivér Várhelyi (Cabinet of Commissioner Várhelyi – Neighbourhood and Enlargement). Listed attendees: Olivér Várhelyi and Szabolcs Horvath (Cabinet member).

Please include, where they exist: meeting request/registration and scheduling records, agenda, briefing notes/speaking points, minutes or internal read-out, documents shared, and follow-up correspondence referring to the meeting.

If an exception applies, please provide partial access (redactions only where necessary) and a list of all documents identified (titles/dates/reference numbers).

Yours faithfully,
