For access to our building, please send me back the attached form with the personal information
of the participants. I will issue their V-passes in advance.
For parking access, I will do my best to get one. Please send me as soon as possible the number
plate of the car, its brand, colour together with the name and phone number of the driver. I will
confirm you as soon if there are availabilities.
For transparency purposes, this meeting will be published in the Transparency Register of the
European Commission. The Cabinet does not intend to communicate actively on the content of
this meeting. However, in line with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, minutes can be made
accessible to the public upon request (without any disclosure of protected interests).
I will also need your agreement on mentioning the event on the European Commission’s website
in the section with the Commissioners’ daily agenda.
