Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information concerning the Innovation Fund (large-scale and small-scale calls, all rounds to date):

1. The **evaluation scores** awarded to each submitted proposal under each of the five award criteria (degree of innovation; GHG emission avoidance potential/effectiveness; project maturity; replicability/scalability; cost efficiency), for **all** proposals — funded, reserve-listed, and rejected — at the level of the individual proposal.

2. The **ranking** of proposals and the **score threshold(s)** used to determine funding, reserve-list, and rejection outcomes in each call.

3. For each proposal (funded, reserve, rejected): the **requested grant amount** and the **absolute GHG emission avoidance** figure submitted/assessed (tCO2eq over the first ten years of operation).

Where full disclosure is not possible, I request partial access with proposal identities pseudonymised, retaining the per-proposal score vector, requested grant, and GHG-avoidance figure. The research purpose is an academic, non-commercial evaluation of allocation cost-effectiveness; aggregate/pseudonymised data fully serves it.
