Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Operational Plan for Joint Operation Terra 2022, including annexes related to deployment on the Romanian-Ukrainian and Romanian-Moldovan borders.
Handbooks on Best Practices for Border Surveillance and First Line Border Checks.
Common Core Curriculum for Border and Coast Guard Basic Training in the EU.
After-Action Reports or Evaluation Reports for Joint Operation Terra 2022 concerning the Eastern Land Border.
Training Needs Assessment report for the Romanian Border Police conducted prior to or during the 2022 crisis - Specific training curricula or modules delivered to Romanian Border Police in 2022, particularly those related to mass influx management, registration of vulnerable persons, and debriefing techniques.
The multiannual Cooperation Plan between Frontex and Romania, valid for the 2022 period.
The Frontex Vulnerability Assessment report for Romania from 2021.
The annex to the JO Terra 2022 Operational Plan detailing the profiles and tasks of the deployed Standing Corps officers, such as 'First Line Border Control Officer', 'Debriefing Expert', 'Screening Officer', and 'Interpreter'.
The annex to the JO Terra 2022 Operational Plan concerning the 'Technical Equipment Pool' deployed in Romania, including lists of patrol cars, mobile surveillance vehicles, and IT equipment.
The list of all Joint Return Operations (JROs) co-financed or coordinated by Frontex in 2022 in which Romania participated, either as an organizing Member State or as a participating Member State.

If possible, please provide the documents in PDF format. I understand that certain operational details may require redaction, but I request that all remaining content be released to the fullest extent possible under the law.
