1.  The Working Party examined the above proposal, including the recent non-paper on sharks. 
2.  Delegations generally welcomed the non-paper and the additional explanations given by the 
Commission representative on the different TACs included in the Annex.  
3.  The Presidency concluded that the proposal and the non-paper had been examined by the 
Working Party and that the Working Party would revert to this issue shortly to examine the 
document containing a summary of delegations' comments. She announced that trilateral 
meetings will take place on 5 November 2018.
