Thank you for your interest in the activities of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA).

Producentów Ryb (ZPPR), European Association of Fish Producers Organisations (EAPO), Les Pêcheurs de
Bretagne (LPDB) to discuss and answer questions about the implementing regulation on vulnerable marine
ecosystems on the 20/10/2022. […].” Please be informed that your application has been processed in line with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding public access to documents.
After our internal assessment, kindly find that there are no documents held by EMSA identified within the
scope of your application, as EMSA has not participated in this meeting and the topic of the meeting is entirely
outside the Agency's mandate.
Note that, in line with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No.1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of
the Council regarding public access to documents, you may file a confirmatory application within 15
working days of receiving this email.
