Access to reports filed by aviation fuel suppliers under ReFuelEU
Dear Mobility and Transport,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
-- access to reports filed by aviation fuel suppliers under Article 10 (b), (c) and (e), containing detailed data on Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) and other ReFuelEU Aviation (RFEUA) eligible aviation fuels supplied to aircraft departing from Union airports. This includes relevant information for each batch of RFEUA eligible aviation fuel supplied to Union airports, such as amounts of RFEUA eligible aviation fuel, information on feedstocks / raw materials;
-- if this information cannot be accessed, we request information on any of the following points:
a. the names of aviation fuel suppliers already supplying aircrafts departing from Union airports, amongst those included in the 2025 published list;
b. the types of fuels supplied;
c. the origin of the fuels supplied (whether from EU production or foreign imports) per supplier.

Dear Sir or Madam,
We hereby acknowledge the receipt of your request for access to documents
sent on 04/08/2025 and registered on 05/08/2025 under the case number
2025/4000.

Dear Mr., Di Donfrancesco,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 5 of August 2025, under case number EASE 2025/4000.
We will not be able to send you the reply within the prescribed time limit
expiring on 27 of August 2025.
The reason for the delay is that, following the assessment relating to the
handling of your request, we still need time to reflect it in the reply
and complete the necessary proceedings before sending it to you.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 17 ^ September 2025.
