Dear Mr De Capitani,

The time limit for responding to your application for public access to
documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, as registered on the 23rd
February 2026, expires today.

However, the consultations and review process are taking more time than
expected and Parliament will exceptionally need to extend the time-limit
provided for in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 by a further
