Thank you for your request for access to the "written comments of 8 November 2022" referred to in 
document 14954/22 ADD 1.1 
 
In fact, the comments of the German delegation were made orally during a meeting of the Working 
Party on Telecommunications and Information Society on 8 November 2022.  The word ‘written’ 
was used inadvertently in the statement. 
 
Nevertheless, you will find attached documents WK 13231/2022 and WK 13423/2022 which 
contain the German comments on the third compromise text on the proposal for a Regulation of 
the European Parliament and of the Council laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence 
(Artificial Intelligence Act) and amending certain Union legislative acts and which might be of 
interest to you.
