Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Article 15 TFEU provides, inter alia, that: "Each institution, body, office or agency shall ensure the transparency of its work and shall lay down in its rules of procedure specific provisions concerning access to its documents, in accordance with the regulations referred to in the second subparagraph". The Members of the Commission are officials and within the scope of their duties they act as depositaries of official authority delegated the authority of the Member States, including France.
As a journalist, under the right to Transparency and under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting :
REQUEST NUMBER ONE
- the list of all the law firms and legal advisors commissioned by the Commission to advise, assist, negotiate the APA and the PA between all pharmaceutical companies involved in the covid vaccine.
- the list of all intermediaries involved in the same as above
REQUEST NUMBER TWO
- all correspondence exchanged in all forms and formats (electronic, paper, sms, email, whatsapp messages, EDI (electronic data interchange), or any other private or public messaging format)
between
- president of the commission Von der Leyen
- or any of her subordinates or commissioners
involved in the vaccine contract negotiation : PA and APA and most recent renegotiation since 2019 to today as well as any information on side effects and adverse events from the vaccine manufacturers
and the persons listed below :
- Albert Bourla Pfizer's CEO ,
- Stephane Bancel CEO of Moderna,
- Dr Fauci President of NAID,
- Emer Cooke DG of EMA
- Tedros Ghebreyesus President of WHO
- and the parties identified and names in Request One
Please also include all reports, work and reports drawn up by the Commissioners including the president, their teams or the Commission with the persons listed above.
