Dear Mrs. Indiano,

We are writing concerning your four last requests (here enclosed) registered under reference numbers in subject, regarding, respectively, meetings with Stellantis, Solvay SA, Vulcan Energie Ressourcen and the the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association.

As we asked for your first two requests that are currently being handled by our Office, registered under ref. numbers 2021/6048 and 2021/6077, we would appreciate some clarifications concerning the scope of these last four, as you refer again to "the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, including any Cabinet Members and/or officials".

Specifically, we would like to know if we have to consider this wording as you clarified in your email of 18 October 2021, namely, as the Commissioner and "the team assisting EC commissioners, those ones who give political guidance to its Commissioner", consisting in Cabinet members/Officials.

You are kindly invited to send us clarifications within three working days, so that we can proceed to the treatment of your request(s). The fifteen-day time-limit for replying to the application will start to run only from the receipt of such clarification.

Kind Regards,

Please find attached the reply to your access to documents request in subject.

According to the standard operational procedure, the reply should also be sent to you by registered post. However, due to the extraordinary health and security measures still in force, which include the requirement for all Commission non-critical staff to work from home most of the time, we are not, unfortunately, in a position to follow this procedure until further notice.

Therefore, we would appreciate if you could confirm receipt of the present email by replying to [DG RTD request email]

Finally, for your information, we would like to draw your attention to the Transparency register of European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/info/about-european...), in which you may find information related to your request.
