AmCham lobby meetings first months of 2025
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
According to the European Commission’s online disclosure of meetings with lobbyists, the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham) had the following meetings with Commissioner and their cabinet during the first months of 2025:
17 Feb 2025 Cabinet of Executive Vice-President Stéphane Séjourné (Prospects for transatlantic economic cooperation and policies to improve EU’s business environment and competitiveness.)
04 Feb 2025 Cabinet of High Representative/ Vice-President Kaja Kallas (EU-US relations)
03 Feb 2025 Cabinet of Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis 9exchange of views on the simplification policy and EU-US relations)
28 Jan 2025 Cabinet of Commissioner Jessika Roswall (Exchange of views on the priorities of the current Commission)
22 Jan 2025 Secretariat-General - attending Karola Maxianova (Subject Simplification)
18 Dec 2024 Cabinet Cabinet of Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis (Subject simplification)
I herewith request access to the minutes and other notes from these meetings as well as correspondence from the run-up to and as follow-up from this meeting.
