AMR Implementing Regulation - Responses to WTO Notification G/SPS/N/EU/557
Dear DG Sante,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request access to the following documents.
I would like to access documents sent and received between DG Sante and third parties as regards the EU’s notification of the draft Commission Implementing Regulation circulated by the WTO on 21 April 2022 as G/SPS/N/EU/557. This includes any responses to the WTO notification received and/or held by the EU, emails and email attachments, as well as minutes of any meetings held with third parties on the topic.
I would like to receive this information electronically.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I would expect the partial release of documents in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6. I reserve the right to appeal.
Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.

Many thanks for the documents provided. I believe a number of documents have not been included in the response to the request. Paraguay, Uruguay and other countries have referred to 'bilateral meetings' with the EU in this page on the WTO website: https://www.epingalert.org/en/TradeConce...
My initial request asked for "minutes of any meetings held with third parties on the topic." I would therefore like access to any minutes of the above mentioned meetings. However, I recognise this may not have been sufficiently clear in my initial request, so could you please advise me as soon as possible whether this information can be provided under the current request or whether I will need to file a new one?
