Annexes to the study on energy subsidies in the EU, 2023 edition

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting three specific documents, the annexes to the "Study on energy subsidies and other government interventions in the European Union ". The link to the study itself is

The three annexes are indeed part of the document, and mentioned in it, but not published on the OP website. They are, specifically:

A.3. Annex 3: Member State Fact-sheets
A.4. Annex 4: Subsidy inventory database
