Dear Human Resources and Security (HR),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all
documentation relating to EU decisions made about the job move by Annick Cable to become a senior account executive at G+ in 2010. Ms Cable worked for DG Trade in recent times.
Specifically, I would like to receive all Ms Cable's EU job titles and the dates that these posts were held, the date of her application for permission to accept the post at G+, the date of the official EU response, whether or not the job was approved, the reasons given, and any conditions that the EU attached to the approval of this external post at G+.
