Answers to formal notices for the lack of transposition of Directive 32022L2100
Dear Health and Food Safety,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All detailed replies from the member states that have failed to transpose Directive 32022L2100 to the letters of formal notice sent by the European Commission to these member states on the 27th of September 2023.

Dear Mr Riudalbàs,
We refer to your request dated 27 November 2023, registered under
reference number EASE 2023/7073, in which you make a request for access to
documents. We are currently working on your request. However, we have not
yet been able to complete all consultations necessary for the reply to
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 19 December 2023. Therefore, in line
with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, we need to extend this
time limit by 15 additional working days.
