Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1049/2001 beantrage ich hiermit den Zugang zu folgenden Dokumenten im Zusammenhang mit der 2023 veröffentlichten Broschüre „Leitfaden zur Rückkehr“ („My Return Guide“), herausgegeben von Frontex:

Verträge, Vergabedokumente oder Auftragsvergaben an externe Dienstleister im Zusammenhang mit:
Gestaltung/Layout/Illustration
Übersetzung
Korrektorat/Lektorat
Druck und physischer Distribution der Broschüre(n)
Budgetaufstellungen mit konkreten Angaben zu Einzelkosten (Design, Druck, Übersetzung etc.), soweit verfügbar.

Dokumente zur Auflagenhöhe (gesamt und nach Sprachversionen) sowie zur Verteilung (wann, wo, wie viele Exemplare verteilt bzw. ausgeliefert wurden – nach Mitgliedstaaten und/oder Einrichtungstypen, z. B. Flughäfen, Rückkehrzentren etc.).

Interne Bewertungen, Evaluierungen oder Monitoring-Berichte zur Wirkung oder tatsächlichen Nutzung der Broschüre durch betroffene Kinder und Familien.

Kommunikation mit anderen EU-Institutionen oder nationalen Behörden, die sich auf Inhalt, Gestaltung oder Einsatz der Broschüre beziehen (z. B. Protokolle von Abstimmungen im Konsultationsforum, Mails mit Behörden etc.).

Ich bevorzuge die elektronische Zustellung der Dokumente (PDF-Format). Sollten Teile dieser Dokumente nicht zugänglich sein, bitte ich um eine Begründung gemäß Art. 4 der Verordnung.
