Dear SANTE CONSULT-E2,
Please find below the requested clarification.
In regards to the first and second clarification requests, which I find appropriate to answer jointly, I refer to any communication and results of meetings with Member States and EU institutions, as well as with industry stakeholders. By reports, I mean any document issued by an EU institution that examines the impacts of the CJEU’s case C-663/18.
In regards to the third clarification, the abovementioned documents, communications and results of meetings should indeed refer to the impacts of the CJEU’s case C-663/18.
In regards to the fourth clarification, I request the above information that dates back to November 2020 up until today. The bodies that would have drawn up such information would be, but not limited to, the Commission, its working groups, expert groups and Directorates General, the European Parliament, its Committees and working groups, and the Council of the European Union, its working groups and Committees.
Yours sincerely,
Sergi Riudalbàs
