Article 90(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 requires that by 1 September 2025, all member states inform the Commission "of the application of the type-approval and market surveillance procedures" laid down in aforementioned Regulation.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All information submitted by member states to the European Commission under Article 90(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858

Only digital copies are required, please consider the environment by not sending me any physical mail.

Dear Mr Treffer,

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
