Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

ARONNAX is a project co-funded by DG Migration and Home Affairs' Internal Security Fund (ISF) that brings together the OCLCTIC (Central office for the fight against crime linked to information and communication technologies) of the French Ministry of the Interior, the IGPR (Directorate for the fight against organized crime) police in Romania, the BKA (Federal Criminal Police Office) in Germany and the NCP (National Police and Customs) in Estonia. It is part of the actions already carried out within the framework of CAIS-EMPACT (Cyberattacks Against Information Systems ), of which France is the coordinator.

I provided you with a link to Civipol's job offer because it is the only place where I saw the programme being mentioned, however it should probably have been this one, which mentions the Internal Security Fund's co-funding. https://civipol.fr/fr/offre-d-emploi-exp...

Does this help?

Yours faithfully,

Antoine Hasday

Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Thank you for your reply and for the grant agreement document. If you could partially declassify the document containing the names of the private contractors (besides Civipol) involved in the project, I would be very interested.

Yours faithfully,

Antoine Hasday

Dear Mr Hasday,

Unfortunately and as already specified in our official response, we are
not in the possession of any additional documents containing names of
private contractors. For your information, CIVIPOL is not a contractor but
an affiliated entity (see Article 8 of the partially released grant
agreement).

Regards,
