Further to our e-mail of 19 November 2024, by means of which we extended
the deadline for your application for public access to documents
(hereinafter, "PAD application") of 28 October 2024 registered as PAD
2024/164 (00013762), we would like to inform you that, while progress has
been made regarding the assessment of the accessibility of the requested
documents in the scope of your PAD application, EFSA is not in a position
to provide you with a reply today since some further steps in the
processing of your application still need to be finalised.
