Audit Manual, externalised audits
Dear Justice (JUST),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
DG JUST released to the undersigned the Control Manual regarding ex-post controls for progammes managed under direct management mode, http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/876/r.... The last paragraph of page 4 reads: "Another manual covers practical guidelines for audits that are externalised to a private audit firm".
I would be obliged if DG JUST would provide me with a copy of the manual concerning the externalised audits referred to above, as well as all annexes thereto.
