audit reports regarding Internal Security Fund (2021-2027)

Under the right of access to documents in the rules on public access to ECA documents, set out in Decision No 12/2005 of ECA regarding public access to Court's documents (as amended by ECA Decision No 14/2009, consolidated version published in OJ C 67/1 of 20.03.2009) (altogether, "the Court's Decision"),
I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
any audit report or audit-related documentation in ECA's possession regarding audits performed or ongoing on

Your request has been treated according to the rules on public access to
ECA documents, which are set out in [1]Decision No 12/2005 of the Court of
Auditors regarding public access to Court documents (as amended by ECA
Decision No 14/2009, consolidated version published in OJ C 67/1 of
20.03.2009) (altogether, "the Court's Decision").
By your request of 10 June 2023 you asked access to documents containing
the following information: “any audit report […] regarding audits
performed or ongoing on the expenditures, regularities of procurement
procedures and market distribution (geographic spread) of private
contractors consuming from Internal Security Fund (2021-2027)”.
With regard to any ECA reports concerning the management of the Internal
Security Fund (ISF), we would like to inform you that, in general, our
[2]Annual reports (AR), under the Chapter “Security and citizenship”, make
reference to the transactions, in case there were any, included in the
audit sample related to this fund. Where the ECA found it relevant, these
AR describe in the most detailed manner possible examples of
irregularities by means of explanatory boxes (some covered ISF expenditure
for the previous period). Moreover, the AR might also provide information
about the status of the implementation of previous recommendations
concerning ISF expenditure. We would like to inform you that, to the best
of our knowledge, for the ISF 2021-2017, no transactions were audited in
our reports up to date. Therefore, to the best of our knowledge, there are
no documents in the ECA’s possession related to your request.
