Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

* all correspondence between MEP Sajjad Karim or his Cabinet - and private sector companies and lobby groups

Parliament received your request of 13 June 2013 for information regarding:

1. Correspondence between MEP Sajjad Karim and various interest groups since 1st March 2011 related to the Audit Reform Directive (2006/43/EC).

In response to your request, we would like to clarify that Rule 104 of the EP internal rules stipulates that documents drawn up by individual Members only become 'Parliament documents' when they are tabled under the Rules of Procedure.
