Austrian ban on Glyphosat 2019

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

On 18/05/2020, Austria notified the Commission under the TRIS procedure about a ban on the Federal Act amending the 2011 Plant Protection Products Act (2020/308/A (Austria ). The act banned Glyphosate. Bayer commented on the notification on 21-06-2020.
1. Please send me the communication between Bayer and the Commission on the Austrian ban of Glyphosate.
2. If existent, please send me complaints filed at the EU Commission about a potential EU-law infringement of the Glyphosate ban and following communication between the Commission and the respective Austrian authorities on the Glyphosate ban.
