Automotive and

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Climate Action should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Frederik Maibaum

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to meetings regarding the below stated topics between the entities listed below and the Commission from 2010 to 2018:

- Companies: Volkswagen, BMW, Daimler (now Mercedes-Benz), Porsche.
- Topics: climate neutrality, CO2 fleet emissions, electric mobility, vehicle production (emissions), renewable energy, circular economy, hydrogen, charging infrastructure, internal combustion engine (one ore more topics covered).

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Frederik Maibaum

Dear Climate Action,

unfortunately, I have not received any response from you even though you should have responded by August 21, 2023. May I kindly ask you to give me an update on my request? I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Frederik Maibaum
