Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

On October 30th this year, the Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie (BDI) had a meeting with Michael Hager, then member of Valdis Dombrovskis’ Cabinet. The subject of the meeting was “simplification and competitiveness”.

I herewith request access to the minutes and other notes from this meeting as well as correspondence in the run-up to and as follow-up from this meeting.
