Better regulation circular economy
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The evidence-based reviews of all law and policy that may need to be updated to support the circular economy. I understand these reviews were undertaken in accordance with the Commission's policy for better regulation, so it likely comprises impact assessments or other forms of evidence-based evaluations in line with the better regulation toolkit and guidelines.
