I am writing concerning a heating and cooling strategy for Europe which is under preparation in the commission. In Finland, we have long tradition on efficient district heating and cooling an CHP as well as electrical heating. Therefore the upcoming strategy is important for us and on the other hand, we think that we should share our experiences and views.
