Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All contracts, (technical arrangements), memorandums of understanding, or agreements signed or held by the Commission and/or Frontex, as well as all studies, reports, analysis, evaluations, briefings, and/or proposals or recommendations by third parties or stakeholders of any kind regarding the border security systems ‘Nestor’ and ‘Andromeda’ used at the Greece-Turkey land border.

Sehr geehrte / Sehr geehrter Europäische Agentur für die operative Zusammenarbeit an den Außengrenzen,

I am very sorry, but I cannot open the data you provided. I have been trying this with all the access codes you provided, various times and on two browsers. It never accepts the Captcha I enter. Maybe I am stupid, but I have done this before and never failed. Ask EU is suggesting that I ask you for a new token and I informed them, that you already provided this and I have the same issues. How can we solve this?

Ladies and gentlemen,

so far I managed once to open the pad. Now, that I try it again, I get to the same problem: the mask reads all of my captcha codes wrong. I have tried it on two computers and various browsers and it is the same result. I believe that this is your system and not asktheEU. I don't know what else to do. I would love to finally read the documents that you seem to have collected for me, but it never works. We need to find a solution for this, please.
