Dear Sir or Madam,

here writes Sinan Reçber from Berlin.

And here come the magic words: Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a specific document.

On January 8th (yesterday at the time of writing), Commissioner Ribera, responsible for a Clean, Just and Competitive Transition, met with European Hydrogen Associations.

As is usual for these kinds of meetings, experts in the corresponding Directorate General prepare a ***briefing document** for the EU commissioner. This document is most often divided into paragraphs like "Scene setter", "Objectives of the meeting", "Main messages" or "Key messages", "Proactive points", "Reactive points", "Defensives" and "Background".

Please provide that briefing document that Ms Ribera received in advance of that meeting with the European Hydrogen Associations.

Background info: I already tabled a separate, but very similar request to DG ENER to receive the briefing document of EU commissioner Jørgensen, who was also part of that meeting.

Thank you in advance and kind regards from Berlin,

Sinan Reçber
