Briefing Documents of meetings of Tzitzikostas and cabinet members
Dear DG MOVE,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting access to documents which contain the following information:
All documents—including but not limited to correspondence, emails, minutes, notes (handwritten or electronic), audio or video recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, and presentations—related to the following meetings:
- 12 September 2025 – meeting between Commissioner Apostolos Tzitzikostas and representatives of Ryanair Holdings concerning the "aviation internal market and environmental policies".
- 12 September 2025 – meeting between Commissioner Apostolos Tzitzikostas and the Minister for Transport of Ireland.
(Note: While not listed in the transparency register, reports indicate a separate meeting took place on this date. I request access to all related documents, including any preparatory material and follow-up communication.)
- 11 September 2025 – meeting between Cabinet members Pierpaolo Settembri and Anna Panagopoulou with Airbus, described as an "exchange of views with industry".
- 4 September 2025 – meeting between Cabinet member Pierpaolo Settembri and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM) concerning "current aviation topics".
Thank you very much in advance!
Yours faithfully,
Claudius Mackes

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 16 September 2025 under case number EASE 2025/4677.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the

we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
