My postal address is street Bayona II, B, 28028.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Ms Rojas,
Thank you for your e-mail dated 20/03/2019. We hereby acknowledge receipt
of your application for access to documents, which was registered on
21/03/2019 under reference number GestDem 2019/2117.
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
will be handled within 15 working days. The time limit will expire on
11/04/2019. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be
informed in due course.
You have lodged your application via the AsktheEU.org website. Please note
that this is a private third-party website which has no link with any
institution of the European Union. Therefore, the European Commission
cannot be held accountable for any technical issues or problems linked to
the use of this system.

We understand that the third party running that website usually publishes
the content of applicants’ correspondence with the European Commission on

Similarly, the third party publishes on that website any reply that the
Commission will send to the email address of the applicants generated by
the AsktheEU.org website.
If you do not wish your correspondence with the European Commission to be
published on the AsktheEU.org website, you can provide us with an
alternative, private e-mail address for further correspondence. In that
case, the European Commission will send all future electronic
correspondence addressed to you only to that private address.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Budget,
I haven't receive any reply about the information I request, by law, the authority should normally responded promptly, in 15 working days.
Yours faithfully,
Gisella Rojas
Dear Ms Rojas,
We refer to your application dated 20/03/2019 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on 21/03/2019 under the
above-mentioned reference number.
You request to have the details of the expenses of the department in DHL
shipping because of sending information requests during the last five
years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018). You received an acknowledgement
receipt on 04/04/2019 providing information about Regulation 1049/2001
regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission
documents. Further analysis of your request by the Directorate-General for
Budget (DG BUDG), however, showed that the information you request is not
contained in any official documents. We are therefore closing GestDem
reference 2019/2117 in our Access to Documents database.
Regulation 1049/2001 applies only to requests for access to existing
documents, i.e. "any content whatever its medium (written on paper or
stored in electronic form or as a sound, visual or audio-visual recording)
concerning a matter relating to the policies, activities and decisions
falling within the institution's sphere of responsibility" (Article 3 of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001).
If the request relates to information which is not contained in any
existing documents, and if replying would involve compiling information
from a number of different documents, it should be considered as a request
for information. Accordingly, we are handling your inquiry as a request
for information, to be processed in accordance with the Code of Good
Administrative Behaviour rather than with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
Concerning your request, DG BUDG does not use DHL to reply to requests.
The information regarding how much the European Commission as a whole pays
to DHL for contracts and procurements is, however, publicly available
through the Financial Transparency System (FTS):

Could you please guide me on where can I find this information? It must be public how much the EU expenses on DHL correspondence every year, right? Thank you in advanced.
Yours faithfully,
Gisella Rojas
