CCP/ sabbaticals
Dear Human Resources and Security (HR),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the list (name, Commission position, new position, dates) of all CCPs on external activities or assignments as authorised by the Commission. I note that under Chapter 2, Article 14, Para 5 of the Commission decision on outside activities and assignments, all authorised sabbaticals are required to give their permission to make such information publicly available.

The Commission chose to reply privately and not via Ask the EU. They did not provide all the information requested and produced only a table of CCP/ sabbaticals. They did not provide the specific names and details, even though it looks as if they collect the data and secure permission for it to be made public as a condition of sabbatical approval.
