Dear European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. The two grant agreements signed in 2023 under the AFIF call between CINEA and (a) Tesla Italy S.r.l. and (b) Tesla Poland sp. z o.o. — including all annexes, technical and financial annexes, and the complete text of any conditionality clauses, with particular reference to open-access, interoperability, and non-discriminatory pricing requirements at the funded charging sites.

2. All preceding evaluation reports and ranking lists for the AFIF call(s) in which those two grants were awarded.

3. All progress reports, monitoring reports, amendments, and modifications received from or sent to Tesla Italy S.r.l. and Tesla Poland sp. z o.o. under those grant agreements through the date of this request.

4. Any additional AFIF or CEF Transport grant applications, awards, or correspondence in which any Tesla entity is named as applicant, beneficiary, or contractor, from 1 January 2021 to date.

5. Any internal CINEA assessment of compliance by the above Tesla entities with the open-access conditionality, including site lists and audit outcomes.
