Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing a confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'CEN/CENELEC/JTC21 - affiliation of experts and minutes of meetings' ( with case number 2025/2608) as the Commission has not respected the legal deadline.

The initial request was filed on 12/05, and the extended deadline expired on 25/06. The Commission sent an update on 25/06 stating that a reply is about to come.

Up to today, the Commission has however still not answered my request.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/request/cencene...

Yours faithfully,
