Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Thank you for your reply. I hereby clarify our request.
I am interested in all correspondance related to the organisation of the conference, including correspondance, emails etc with participants and internal Commission correspondance.
As for the financial file, I would like to receive the terms of reference or other formal description of the (objective of the) conference, information about the source and amount of funding.
Once received, I will decide about the necessity to take up your offer to inspect the financial files at your office in Brussels.
