I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'China's Global Initiative on Data Security'.
Apologies for my late response on this matter. If possible, I would like to appeal the decision not to disclose the aforementioned documents. This is on the grounds that the matter may very well concern the personal data of EU citizens, and therefore is a matter of particular public interest.
